I left Friday knowing that you would get the job done. Next, let me say how sorry I am that things were as they were. I had no idea that our maintenance to the floors was leaving as much residue as it was; which in turn made your job so much more difficult. That being said, you could have just given it the minimal effort and went on your way, but you didn’t. Everyone has commented to me how wonderful the lobby, dining room, and furniture looks.
